An ongoing mixed-use project that explores the convergence of corporate offices, shared workspaces, and housing within a compact urban lot.

Measuring only 5 × 15 meters, the project organizes four levels vertically to maximize the potential of a constrained footprint. The ground floor accommodates parking, followed by a dedicated office for the owner’s operations and a shared coworking level designed for independent professionals and small businesses.

The upper level incorporates a one-bedroom, one-bathroom residential unit, complemented by a communal rooftop that extends the project’s shared program into an open-air space.

The project explores how diverse programs can coexist within a single, highly compact structure, creating a flexible vertical ecosystem where work, entrepreneurship, and living converge on a small urban footprint.
