The Amanecer Community Park has been designed with a strong focus on functionality, sustainability, and community well-being. Spanning 14,000 m², the park offers a variety of shared spaces designed to meet the needs of local residents, providing recreational and activity areas for people of all ages.

The park includes a community center, urban garden, multi-purpose sports court, skate park, and pump track, all carefully integrated into the natural and rugged terrain of the hills of Tijuana. The project not only serves as a hub for leisure and outdoor sports, but also acts as a social catalyst for the area, creating a harmonious balance between the built environment and the surrounding landscape.
