This conceptual project proposes the transformation of an existing parking structure into a flexible architectural space capable of hosting diverse events according to the needs of the city. The proposal integrates a convention center, an arena, and an auditorium within a single complex, optimizing its use as a catalyst for attraction for both Tijuana and San Diego.

The concept is based on an enveloping structure that emphasizes transparency, reflecting the dynamic character of an entertainment and event center while maintaining the formal logic and structural integrity of the original building. The intervention seeks to strengthen the identity of the urban area, transforming the building into an architectural icon that contributes to the cultural and economic life of its surroundings.

Located just minutes from the most transited border crossing in the world and at the economic heart of Tijuana, the project responds to the need for versatile infrastructure for entertainment and business, strengthening the connection between both cities and promoting a new point of cross-border encounter.
